Customer Service Representative
Tradeloop
2 /02 - 6/02, 2/03 - 6/03, 9/03 - 2/04

Telesales Agent
Promoted Tradeloop's memberships by cold calling the leads provided to me. Averaged 60 calls per day. Inserted notes into the proprietary CRM system.

Called existing clients to ensure satisfaction with the services.
I was in charge of a group of exsting clients to ensure that they knew how to use Tradeloop's services and were satisfied enough to continue their membership. I ended up with a rate of 90% of the members continuing their subscription.

Explained Tradeloop's services, and reported bugs.
Because I interfaced with existing clients, I needed to explain all the details to using the services effectively. Sometimes clients would report problems which either resulted from their lack of product knowledge, or a legitimate bug. Either way I would explain how to work around the problem and if it was a legitimate bug I reported that to the programmers.
